At a gathering of the Disciples of Christ, Pacific Southwest Region, following worship, Sharon Watkins addressed regional congregants before leading a clergy retreat at Capistrano. Much of the conversation centered around the core issues of WATERMARK. And it became clear that additional interviews in the East and Midwest will be important before the editing process can begin in earnest. Fundraising continues.

12/16/09 - WATERMARK EXPANDS SCOPE OF PROJECT
Filmmaker Jerry Jackson announced today that, based on the material shot so far, the scope and concept of the project have expanded. Extensive interviews with
leaders from all three streams of the Stone-Campbell movement have provided more questions, issues, ideas and answers than will fit in the intended one-hour format. "The conversation cuts to the heart of what faces every church congregation on the planet: relevancy. Engaging congregants and expanding their spiritual journey. Staying true to the Great Commission. Providing a foundation, worship experience, fellowship, community, structure and still leaving room for individuals to examine and develop their own relationship with Christ. We're now looking at a multi-part video series." said Jackson.
